 that when I was a kid I was super-picky about food. The list of foods I wouldn’t eat was longer than the list of foods I would eat. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found that I actually like most foods, and, with a few exceptions, there’s not much I won’t eat within the vegetarian spectrum. So it’s funny that, as my tastes get broader, the foods I can actually eat become more and more restricted.

I mean, not funny ha-ha. More funny if-it-happened-to-someone-else-I’d-laugh.
